Not one of those boys thought there was anything wrong with how she was treated. The worst part about this is not the senator’s attitude, it’s the fact that his comments to her attracted laughter from the boys instead of an uncomfortable silence. We need to hold our children to the same standards we expect of adults otherwise they won't become respectful adults.
